Hail started within a minute of the rain. Temps warm enough that much melted immediately, but some accumulation did develop, less than an inch except in downspout areas. Some lightning and thunder, but not excessive. Light rain continued until after 2:30 pm, when the gauge had 0.51" in it. Couldn't file this report sooner because the satellites were both off line. |
