Pad damage looks more severe to me than I expected from this rather light hailfall. I was absent the two days previous, and did not think to observe the pad for hail impacts upon my return. During that absence my gauge did show .04 precip. for the period. Therefore, the current pad damage COULD include an additional, unobserved hailfall. (However, there were apparently no other reported hailfalls in my general area.) |
