Notes: |
Temperature was about 75 Degrees F. when storm started. After storm passed temperature had dropped to 69 Degrees F.; I preserved a small sampling of hail 2 small, 1 medium, & 2 Partial large, damaged on impact to vehicles. Even in 69 degree heat, after afternoon high of 80 degrees it is hard to save more than that. Hail on the street melted immediately, 1 minute after impact. I was able to preserve samples after hail stopped, that lay in the grass. |
