Hail was in various shapes. Some looked like mushroom caps being domed on one side and hoolow on the other. Some were flat pieces about 1/4" thick and about 3/4" across with a very irregular shape to the outside edges. A funnel cloud was spotted just 4 miles WSW of this station during the heaviest hail. |
