Notes: |
It seemed like there were at least 2 storms that passed over the house - one at ~9:45 - 10PM that produced rice size hail of very short duration (30 seconds?) and pretty sparse. We fell asleep and were wakened ~11PM from the thunder, lightning and the plink, plink, plink sound. This was small pea size hail, with more coverage. The plinking stopped and we fell back to sleep. This morning, there were small piles of hail under the downspouts (maximum extent a square foot of an inch depth) |
