Gusty intermittent rain just before hail event, estimated .2in precipitation. Official measurement to be collected in the morning. Little to no other precipitation during the hail event. No hail pad unfortunately, but using a quarter for scale, I have 3 images of rice-to-pea sized hail stones taken within seconds of the event occurring. It was over just as quick as it started. Fewer than 10 stones overall observed, but did hear some hit the roof. Otherwise, relatively unremarkable weather event. |
