Notes: |
Hail pad in place. Hail came in 2 episodes 2-3 minutes of small hail but with intense rain and strong winds from NW about 7:57 - 8:00 PM Then heavy rains continued but hail stopped and then began again but with winds more from the SW. Intermittent hail from 8:05 - 8:15 Stones larger at end but only a few stones 1/2 to 5/8" diameter just has hail ended. Nearly an inch of rain in less than 30 minutes -- most of it in 12-15 minutes -- impressive. Now watching lots of lightning to the SSE from the back side of this storm as it moves towards Denver |
