Notes: |
Since last night there have been intermittent bursts of hail, rain, and almost-snow. The stones are more like snow than we usually see here: soft white clumps of tiny ice balls. Last night they fell with more force than today, and when we woke up there were areas on the ground that were still white with hail. This is quite unusual for our area. Highest measured gust of wind this storm was 6mph, but I think we've seen higher for short bursts that the gauge didn't catch. |
