Notes: |
A few hailstones may have been a bit larger than 1 inch, but quarter-sized were the largest I measured. Quarter-sized stones were common but sparsely distributed. More rain than hail was falling throughout, and hailstones were spaced several inches apart. Hailstones were hard, white and mostly opaque, round but slightly flattened. No damage noted. |
