I did not observe the storm, which probably happened on 9/9/2010. Hail pad was left out with about 10 hard hail hits and about 60 soft hail hits. Note added 10/9/10 when I retired the pad. There was a trace of graupel yesterday afternoon that did not detectably alter the hail pad. All of the soft dents in the pad are from the accumulation of rain that fell on the pad between 8/28/2010, 7 AM, and 10/9/2010, when it was collected. |
