Hail and rain storm started at 3:22 pm and has been off and on through 5:22 pm. Almost continuous rain during period...mainly light with intense 10 to 15 minute intervals. During intense intervals, thunder and lightning are observed. Cells build over area and hail intensifies. Grass and sidewalks completely covered now after the 5:00 to 5:22 pm round. Cars tracking through hail on streets. |
