I have used the word: « Sleet in grapes » not hail...
the size of grapes (3 to 5 small transparent balls) were from 6 mm to 11 mm : 0.23 to 0.43 inch.
Mostly grouped in lines: I took pictures on them, on my plexiglass awning, because they where melting on the floor...First time I saw that kind of precipitation. |
