This storm did not occur at my station. At 6:13 pm EDT, I encountered hail while driving southward on Rt. 480 (N. Duke St.) between the Potomac River bridge and Rt. 45 (German Street). I drove out of the storm heading south out of Shepherdstown, and saw a full rainbow at 6:15 pm between Elmwood Cemetery and Morgan's Grove Park. |
