Notes: |
Tore up most of the screens on east side of house but luckily did not break the windows; defoliated most plants in flower garden, plants in vegetable garden, and some of the trees; broke off limbs-both green and dead; a lot of flooding resulted in and around the house as well as in the pastures, as we received about 1 inch of rain as well as hail - this followed the 1.03" of rain that fell yesterday afternoon/evening
Was only a few minute pause (one about 5 minutes 6:19-6:24, other about 1 minute 6:38-6:39) and then a slow down for a couple of minutes when large hail almost stopped but then came back with full force, during the period that the hail fell. Although different sizes of hail fell, the large hail was falling nearly the whole time. |
