Reported immedialty to National Weather Service whom picked up the line and ask me several questions.
Experienced a temperature drop from 76 to 69 degrees with this event.
Wunderland radar showed purple over this location at time of impact.
Collards have holes,tomatoe plant limbs broke off/damaged,small vegs have leaf damage.
Put horses in barn just 3 mins before hail.
Alert weather radio had sounded at least 1 hour (approx)prior to event,but did NOT mention this area,only Tenn and Western N.C.
Alert weather radio did NOT sound for this later occuring N.Georgia hazardous weather.
Black Bear ran through backyard 10mins after event!!!!! |
